Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

Last updated: 3 October 2026

At GlobalGoods, we aim to provide a reliable and straightforward delivery service. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders placed through our website.

This policy is intended to operate alongside your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

1. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

During busy periods, promotional events, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer. Where this happens, we will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed.

2. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times will be displayed on the relevant product page or during checkout where applicable.

Our current estimated delivery times are:

  • UK: 5–12 business days

  • Europe: 7–15 business days

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless a specific delivery date or period has been expressly agreed with you.

If no specific delivery period has been agreed, UK law generally requires goods to be delivered without undue delay and, in any event, within 30 days of the contract being entered into.

3. Shipping Costs

Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Shipping costs may vary depending on the product, delivery destination, order size, and delivery method selected.

Where free delivery is offered, this will be clearly stated on the relevant product or checkout page.

4. Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been dispatched.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after dispatch.

If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period, please contact GlobalGoods Customer Support.

5. Delivery Delays

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order within the estimated delivery timeframe.

However, delays can occasionally occur because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Courier delays

  • Severe weather

  • Customs processing

  • Industrial action

  • Public holidays

  • Other unforeseen circumstances

Where a delivery date or period has been agreed and delivery does not take place within that period, your rights will depend on the circumstances and applicable UK consumer law.

Where delivery by a particular date was essential and this was agreed as part of the contract, you may have additional cancellation rights.

6. Orders That Do Not Arrive

If your order has not arrived within the applicable delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order number.

We will investigate the delivery with the relevant carrier and take appropriate action.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights where goods have not been delivered within the legally applicable timeframe. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, where the applicable delivery requirements are not met, consumers may in certain circumstances require delivery within an additional appropriate period or treat the contract as ended and receive reimbursement.

7. Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address when placing an order.

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, please contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or dispatched.

8. Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Where possible, please provide photographs of:

  • The damaged product.

  • The packaging.

  • The shipping label.

We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your rights under UK consumer law.

9. International Orders

Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to customs procedures, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Where applicable, these charges may be payable by the customer.

GlobalGoods does not control customs processing times or charges imposed by foreign authorities.

10. Risk and Delivery

For consumer purchases, responsibility for the goods generally remains with GlobalGoods until the goods come into the physical possession of the consumer or a person identified by the consumer to take possession of them, subject to applicable law.

You should not be required to accept the risk of loss or damage simply because an order has been handed to a delivery company selected by GlobalGoods.

11. Delivery Estimates and Your Rights

Delivery estimates provided by GlobalGoods are intended to give customers an indication of expected delivery times.

They do not remove or restrict any rights you may have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, or other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
